Spirituality has always been part of my life, I have loved it and breathed with it since my childhood. The feeling that life has a higher meaning never leaves me. I always remember how I was born, up from the light to the ground. After major issues with my health during my youth, my feeling of searching further has increased in me. And I’ve tried everything that I can find and I practice all that I can find at that time: yoga, reiki, different meditations, developing different visions, Slavic healing methods.

I have loved yoga so after some time I decided to teach it, it was a wonderful experience that helped me to go deeper in my practice. Then India and go deeper in meditation… Every year I was advancing in my practice. Then I realized that life is a practice as well and you need to follow your dream and not just stay in one place and go everyday at work. And my dream was to travel the world. So from Siberia, Russia I started going to Africa, Asia, Latin America, and North America and now I am in Europe. This wonderful possibility of the Internet allowed me to do so. While traveling I was living in an ashram, teaching different spiritual practices, consulting people.

While exploring different practices I was coming to understand that my own culture can provide a lot of spirituality, a lot of deep ways that sometimes even don’t exist anywhere else. Thus, going further with honoring ancestors I become much more connected with them and with their wisdom and my own culture. As follows, this helped me overcome a lot of my psychological issues and create a completely different life.
